The Way of Self-Healing Program
The Way of Self-Healing is a trauma-sensitive mindfulness based six-week programme that will help you ground and nurture inner resources so that you can develop resilience and feelings of inner ease. You’ll explore body sensations, thoughts and emotions in a safe container and learn how to deepen self-connection and self-care. You’ll receive tools, insights and perspectives that will help you better manage stress and your emotions.
